Mio is built on a simple premise: your creative work belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary to analyze your style, plan videos, and edit your footage as instructed.

2. What We Collect

• Account details: Email address, creator handle, and authentication credentials provided during sign-in or waitlist registration.
• Footage & audio: Raw video clips, audio tracks, and images you upload to your projects.
• Style parameters: Cut pace, caption preferences, and feedback you provide to personalize your on-camera editing style.
• Usage telemetry: Cookieless metrics regarding feature interaction, performance, and error reporting to keep the service fast and reliable.

3. How We Use Your Content

Your uploaded video clips and transcripts are processed solely to generate cuts, suggestions, and style profiles for your account. We do not sell your personal data or your footage to third parties, nor do we use your unshared footage to train foundation models for other users.

4. Storage & Security

Media files are stored in isolated encrypted cloud storage. Access is strictly scoped to your authenticated account credentials. All transit occurs over TLS/HTTPS.

5. Your Rights & Deletion

You can export your project data or delete your uploaded videos and account at any time directly through Settings in the app. Upon deletion, source media and style records are permanently removed from our storage systems.
