1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Early-Access Beta

Mio is currently in an allowlisted early-access preview. Features, interfaces, and throughput quotas may evolve as we iterate with creators. We strive for high availability and notify users of any scheduled maintenance.

3. Content Ownership & Licenses

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all footage, audio, scripts, and exports created with Mio. You grant Mio a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and render your media as directed by you in the course of operating the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable privacy laws, or contains unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material. Automated scraping or reverse engineering of the Service is prohibited.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise service security.
